About the Team:

Within our Warehouse and Distribution team, our mission is to ensure the efficient and effective movement and storage of products. This team serves as the backbone of our logistics operations, collaborating closely with other departments to deliver products on time and maintain inventory accuracy. This role is crucial to our operational efficiency, strategic growth, and overall success.

About the Role:

Responsible for scheduling and documentation of all outbound traffic. Contact customers and carriers to route shipments. Prepare records of shipments including Bills of Lading. Maintains pickup appointments information and pickup status.

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible & accountable for building relationships with customers and specific carriers. Routes and optimizes carriers' freight. Make sure customers' shipments start dates, cancel dates, and DC dates are met.

  • Communicates issues information from customers' & specific carriers' back to PVH customer service, PVH strategic services, and PVH transportation.

  • Schedules between $10,000,000 to $25,000,000 of wholesale dollars and/or 100,000,000 to 250,000,000 units for customers' shipments.

  • Ensures load planning accuracy of cube and customers' shipments on time arrival.

  • Schedules for all outbound shipments based on customer routing requirements and carrier appointment schedules.

  • Coordinates with customer logistics department and carriers to confirm that adequate equipment is on site.

  • Prepare outbound paperwork ensuring it is complete and accurate.

  • Maintains orderly files and shipping records for all outbound shipments. Research, pulls, and communicates requests forshipping documentation.

  • Uses PKMS Warehouse Management System for shipment data to build loads, track/update shipment information, andresearch issues.

  • Prepares commercial invoices for international shipping.

  • Works with PVH customer service, PVH strategic services, and PVH transportation to set up new customer accounts.

  • Requests extensions for customer PO's and communicates carrier/customer issues to PVH customer service & PVH Strategic Services.

  • Collaborates regarding customer chargebacks with PVH deductions/claims and merchandise coordinators.

  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness. Willingness to assist fellow associates.

  • The ability to work with detailed information, analyze data, and make proper decisions.

  • High school diploma required/Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Solid experience in distribution/shipping routing (2yrs min) or relevant experience.

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel)
