WHAT IS THE JOB?

Associate Planner works with the Mashburn planning and merchandising teams by conducting sales and inventory planning, receipt management, and ad hoc reporting by classification and season. This position is dynamic and fast-paced and requires forging trusted cross-functional partnerships. This position reports toa Plannerand is a full-time, non-exempt role based in Atlanta.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?
  • Develop men's and women's salesreplenishmentforecasts and inventory plans to ensure optimal stock levels and maximize profitability
  • Drive and execute monthly OTB planning with receipt management by category
  • Generate and analyze reports on sales, inventory levels, and other key metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate withmerchandising, production, and allocation teams to optimize product assortment, placement, and sell through strategies
  • Achieve annual DTC sales plans
WHAT ARE THE ESSENTIAL SKILLS?
  • 2-3+ years of retail planning experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis/reportingtools(e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Looker,Oracle, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners
  • Can effectively manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
  • Is a motivated, resourceful problem-solver and team player with a "no task is too small" attitude
  • Approaches situations with positivity, flexibility, and creativity, even under pressure with tight deadlines
