YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for regular, temporary, full- time, or part-time staffing for positions with our company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.

  • Participating in developing, implementing, and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Build solid relationships with leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process.

  • Be proactive in networking, cold calling, and ”deep diving” into passive candidate networks throughout various markets

  • Handles confidential information in a professional manner, respecting employee privacy while maintaining company confidentiality. Interacts with various levels of management, employees, applicants, and vendors.

  • Manages college recruitment program initiatives from coordinating events to attending events as a Company representative.

  • Manages job postings and announcements, applicant correspondence, employee resumes, employment application forms, scheduling interviews, etc.

  • Maintains applicant files in line with company policies and government regulations. Retains records in line with company record retention requirements. Considerable filing, faxing, copying, distribution of materials, etc.

  • Develop relationships and create new relationships with recruiting contacts in the community.

  • Create and maintain statistical and/or compliance reporting.

  • Assist in the immigration process (H1-B).

  • The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the position's role within the business unit.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related discipline

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Additional HR certifications a plus (PHR, SHRM-CP)

  • Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience

  • Experience with an HRIS and ATS database; (Taleo Preferred)

  • Can be a combination of training, education and relevant work experience that is equivalent

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
  • Strong active and passive candidate sourcing skills

  • High level of discretion and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential personnel matters and documentation

  • Strong organizational, record-keeping and follow-up skills

  • Attention to detail is necessary; strong analytical skills favored

  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle a plus

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary

  • Work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude

  • Oral and written communication skills as required for the position

  • Self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player

  • Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others

TRAVEL:
  • Up to 20%

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • General work environment - sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.

  • Noise level is typically low to medium; it can be loud on a job site.

  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
