POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for selling sponsorships for summit events, affiliate partner program memberships, and other opportunities of interest to the vendor community. The Sponsor and Partner Development Associate will drive sales by conducting sales campaigns and close business for conferences, regional meetings, webinars and future events. The Sponsor and Partner Development Associate will develop and drive new and fresh sponsorship opportunities and improve existing sales pipelines to increase revenue. Must be a go-getter that enjoys working with vendor community, has high-quality interpersonal skills, is disciplined in data integrity and able to function in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Execute targeted campaigns in compliance with GDPR.

Improve existing and build quality lead lists.

Schedule and conduct sales calls; lead sponsor sales presentations.

Enter data in Salesforce and provide reports.

Participate in sponsoring sales pipeline progress activities.

Work collaboratively with event logistics and content teams.

Execute sponsorship agreements and other relevant documents

Follow up on inbound leads (HubSpot automation).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

A minimum of two years of previous business and/or sales experience.

Salesforce experience or working knowledge of relational databases.

Microsoft Office 365 products use experience.
