What You'll Do
Customer Experience & Sales
• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Help customers build head to toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must have add ons.
• Drive sales by sharing knowledge of the products and helping customers find what they'll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they're ready to go and arrive on time.
Store Ops & Execution
• Help with daily store tasks like restocking, maintaining or upkeeping of fitting room, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.
• Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready.
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Teamwork & Culture
• Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals.
• Take part in training and coaching: learn, grow, and level up.
