    Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life by designing and providing device and management solutions for treating structural heart disease.
    The US Product Marketing Manager - TAVI, will lead downstream marketing efforts while maintaining US product expertise for TAVI products, including market sizes/trend share, customer needs and targeting, product performance/benefits/weaknesses/positioning.

This position is located in Plymouth, MN.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:

  • Provide on-going field support and will focus on growing the market awareness for TAVI and related disease states, including launching new products.

  • This position will work closely with the sales team and be responsible for aspects of US strategy implementation, including digital strategy and channel execution.

  • Success will be measured against sales and margin expectations, sales force competency/knowledge level, and development of marketing programs which enhance field and customer experience.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of US competitor products and strategies, market trends and dynamics, market/franchise critical success factors, and customer needs.

  • Contribute to annual marketing plans/strategies, including market analysis, customer segmentation and targeting, product positioning, competitive assessments, and SWOT situation assessment.

  • Manage field device demo needs, tracking sales & patient resource utilization, and working with the communications manager to manage promotional collateral.

  • Take a leadership role on project teams to work closely with the project manager to drive accountability and team achievement of goals and milestones.

  • Manage creative agencies to plan, develop, and execute new US materials.

  • Partner with regulatory colleagues in the review and negotiation of materials to ensure competitiveness, accuracy, and compliance.

  • Drive to deliver Sales, Margin, and key performance metrics for TAVR products.

  • Will be expected to be responsive and able to directly address questions and requests of senior management.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING:

Required Qualifications

  • Prior marketing experience within the medical device or healthcare industry.

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related marketing or product management experience, preferably in TAVI/TAVR. MBA with 1+ years of related experience is also considered.

  • Relevant downstream marketing experience.

  • Ability to travel 30% of the time.

  • Able to understand technical and scientific information.

  • Able to handle a fast-paced working environment.

  • Substantial financial skills, market analysis, and advanced communication skills.

  • Strong analytical skills as well as written and oral communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Willing to understand and comply with Regulatory requirements.

  • Able to influence and motivate individuals from sales, marketing, and other functional areas to drive product sales.

  • Ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
