In this role, you'll help franchisees bring local marketing programs to life, support new store openings, and create the tools and resources that drive consistency and success across our franchise network. If you're passionate about marketing, enjoy building relationships, and love turning ideas into scalable solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Supporting franchisee adoption of marketing platforms, templates, and approved brand tools
  • Leading marketing support for new store openings and ownership transfers, including launch planning and local awareness efforts
  • Creating and maintaining scalable training materials, playbooks, guides, and knowledge-base content that help franchisees execute marketing programs independently.
  • Support reporting and performance tracking by helping simplify insights and identify opportunities to improve franchisee marketing execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing support workflows, intake processes, self-service tools, and systemwide consistency.
  • Participate in cross-brand and company-wide marketing initiatives as needed, ensuring franchisee execution and local impact are considered.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, with 2–4 years of hands-on marketing experience.
  • Experience supporting or executing marketing programs across digital and social channels.
  • Strong understanding of local marketing, and social media best practices, with preferred experience in a franchise environment.
  • Experience training, educating, or supporting users on marketing tools and platforms preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and cross-functionally.
  • Experience with marketing platforms, reporting tools, or AI tools preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to display a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
Why Join Winmark?

At Winmark, you'll find more than a job. You'll find a team that values collaboration, innovation, professional growth, and making a positive impact through sustainable business practices.

  • Paid time off, including vacation, personal days, and 11 paid holidays
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Free onsite fitness center
  • Onsite café
