Job Summary
The Manufacturing Supervisor provides leadership and direction for designated operations and team members. The Manufacturing Supervisor ensures that products are produced according to manufacturing/engineering specifications and forecasted demands.

Education & Experience
- Associates Degree but Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Three years manufacturing and supervisory experience.
- Ability to run and program CNC and Lathe machines.

- Strong MS Office Knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Enterprise 1 preferred. Able to learn and use in-house software applications.

- Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude preferred.

- Comfort with interpreting blueprints, schematics and other technical documents

Work Environment
Office: Office setting. Seldom exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Loud working environment of the shop area. Functional vision and hearing required.
