Job description

Managing Associate, MarketingWorld 50 LLC Atlanta, Georgia, United States About this position About World 50 Group

World 50 Group is a global leader in facilitating meaningful collaboration among C-suite executives from the worldโ€™s most influential companies. Through curated peer communities, strategic insights, and trusted exchange, we empower senior leaders to navigate challenges, share experiences and create lasting impact. We cultivate community, where leaders go beyond their company, to co-create a future of extraordinary impact.

Job Description

Role: Managing Associate, Commercial Enablement

Location: Atlanta

Workplace Type: We ask all employees to work a hybrid schedule, with a minimum 3x/week in their local office. We welcome employees to utilize office space more than that where possible.

The Managing Associate of Commercial Enablement is a high-impact role at the heart of our revenue engine, acting as a vital catalyst for our business growth. In this position, you will execute a strategic enablement program that empowers our Sales and New Business teams with the critical resources, content, and tools required to effectively engage and convert executive-level prospects.

Working closely with enablement leadership, you will serve as the crucial bridge between our marketing operations and frontline sales. You will coordinate high-ROI enablement initiatives, optimize sales platforms, and drive commercial experiments that measurably accelerate the sales cycle and increase win rates.

How You Will Drive Growth
  • Arm the Frontline: Build, deploy, and maintain high-converting commercial playbooks, executive briefs, battlecards, one-pagers, and call guides.
  • Launch Support: Spearhead the commercial rollout of new products, campaigns, and events, ensuring sales teams are prepared with precise, market-ready messaging.
  • Knowledge Management: Curate and maintain centralized enablement resources and knowledge libraries, ensuring sales teams have immediate access to the assets they need to close deals.
  • Translate Content into Revenue: Partner with Marketing, Communications, and Content teams to adapt industry insights and event takeaways into hard-hitting, prospect-facing sales collateral (e.g., nurture campaigns and follow-up materials).
  • Note: This role does not own initial content creation, but rather acts as the "commercial translator" who packages content to drive sales execution.

Experimentation & Revenue Operations

  • Optimize Performance: Implement and track commercial experiments (e.g., outreach sequence testing, messaging A/B tests), document learnings, and update playbooks based on data-driven outcomes.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage and update sales sequences, ensuring all commercial assets remain organized, highly accessible, and aligned with current market positioning.
  • Measure Impact: Analyze commercial engagement metrics, track content utilization, and measure campaign support to identify revenue-driving operational improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the daily commercial liaison between Sales, Marketing, Content, Revenue Operations, and Client Success teams to ensure all commercial programs launch seamlessly.
Who You Are (The Ideal Candidate)

You are a commercially minded, proactive builder who understands what it takes to move a deal forward. You possess a unique blend of strategic thinking and operational discipline, allowing you to see the big picture while flawlessly executing the details. You are a natural translator, capable of taking complex thought leadership and turning it into punchy, persuasive assets that sales teams want to use. Highly collaborative and data-driven, you thrive in an environment where you can constantly test, measure, and optimize to drive measurable business growth.

What You Bring (Key Requirements)
  • Relevant Experience: 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, or a quota-carrying B2B Sales role.
  • Commercial Acumen: A deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, executive-level buyer journeys, and what frontline sales teams need to succeed.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong copywriting and editing skills with a proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear, value-driven commercial messaging.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement/outreach tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Seismic, Highspot).
  • Analytical Mindset: The ability to interpret engagement metrics and content utilization data to make informed, strategic recommendations.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Why World 50 Group?

The World 50 Group Way is our unified cultural framework that defines who we are and how we operate, shaped by insights and input from our associates. It brings together our mission, purpose, values, and DNA to foster a culture of community, collaboration, learning, and lasting impact.
