ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Associate Manager of Global Employer Brand at SC Johnson (SCJ), you'll shape how talent around the world connects with careers at our family company. You'll use a combination of skills in creative content development, digital marketing technologies, and project management to design, deliver, and optimize candidate-facing experiences that bring SCJ careers to life and elevate our reputation as an employer.

You'll manage defined employer brand channels and capabilities, contribute to global strategy, and build expertise for future growth within Employer Brand. This role reports to the Global Employer Brand Manager and is part of a Global Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise team based at SCJ's global headquarters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, edit and curate content for key digital channels (careers website, social media, email marketing, etc.), owning execution and performance for assigned channels/campaigns that promote career differentiators and showcase what makes SCJ a unique and rewarding place to grow a career

  • Create and evolve recruitment marketing assets (social media graphics, collateral, toolkits, templates, etc.) that align with global standards and enable local relevance

  • Contribute to the development and management of an annual content calendar, owning execution of key content themes and campaigns across channels

  • Lead cross-functional project teams designed to collect global employer-brand content, driving projects end-to-end from ideation through execution and performance optimization

  • Collaborate with and advise internal teams (Global Communications, HR, Functional teams, etc.) on employer brand best practices, ensuring alignment with enterprise messaging strategies

  • Own moderation and publishing of review responses on key employer-brand reputation channels (Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.), leveraging insights to identify themes and drive experience or messaging improvements

  • Own tracking and analysis of key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.), translating insights into actions that improve campaign performance and candidate pipeline outcomes

  • Lead or contribute to key initiatives such as visual branding updates, recruiter enablement strategies, and candidate feedback analysis, applying insights to enhance effectiveness

  • Support relationship management and project delivery with external vendors (agencies, platform partners), ensuring outputs are quality, on-time and aligned to strategy

  • Leverage digital marketing and AI tools to scale content creation, personalization, and performance, continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and impact

  • Contribute to the evolution of global employer brand strategy by analyzing market trends, talent insights, and campaign performance, and recommending enhancements to channels, content, and messaging

  • Support communication of SCJ's values and philosophy, known as "This We Believe", across digital channels and candidate touchpoints

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in fields of Communications, Marketing, Human Resources or related area

  • 5+ years of experience in employer brand, recruitment marketing, digital marketing, or related field

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Experience in an employer brand, recruitment marketing or talent attraction role

  • Strong content creation skills (writing, editing, visual storytelling) with experience across multi-channel digital campaigns

  • Capability in design software such as Canva or Adobe InDesign

  • Experience analyzing data from platforms such as LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and Google Analytics, with ability to derive insights and recommend actions

  • Experience using or strong interest in applying AI tools to content creation, campaign optimization, and audience targeting

  • Experience or familiarity with career site Content Management System (CMS) platforms, talent marketing/CRM tools, or marketing automation technologies

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Office work environment: Remote work is available once per week for eligible employees after a 90- day onboarding period

  • This role is not eligible for relocation
