About the Role

You should have 1-6 years of experience as an IP Litigation Associate and experience in working on high profile and complex patent disputes for leading tech, life sciences, and consumer products companies.


You will need

  • 1-6 years of experience as an IP Litigation Associate.
  • Life sciences litigation experience (pharma, biotech, medical devices) is of particular interest.
  • Direct IP litigation experience (patent, trade secret, or ITC matters)
  • Prior experience as an engineer or in a technical role before law is of interest
  • Undergraduate degree in hard sciences or engineering (CS, EE, physics, math, biology, chemistry preferred).
