What is an hourly IP attorney?

An hourly IP attorney is a legal professional who specializes in intellectual property (IP) law and charges clients based on the number of hours worked rather than a flat fee or contingency. These attorneys help clients with matters such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets by providing advice, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in disputes. The hourly billing model allows clients to pay only for the time spent on their specific legal needs.
