Inside Sales Representative

Classification – Non-Exempt

Reports to – Inside Sales Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective
The Inside Sales Representative position is responsible for providing customer service assistance to customers. This position reports to the Inside Sales Manager.

Essential Functions

  2. Working with other departments to satisfy customer’s needs

Work Environment

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. However, position may require flexibility in work hours.

No travel is expected for this position.

Required Education and Experience

  1. High school diploma or GED.
  2. Previous Sales, Customer Service or related experience
