What awaits you:

  • Global Vulnerability and IT Security (tools) Control Management
  • Execute analysis and remediation efforts for the global vulnerability management program and IT security tools/controls across manufacturing environments.

  • Assess, report, and drive remediation of server and application vulnerabilities in partnership with system owners, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring activities are completed within approved maintenance windows.

  • Actively monitor vulnerability posture using enterprise security dashboards (e.g., Tenable, Defender, SC Dashboard), ensuring accurate reporting, validation of remediation, and closure of findings.

  • Drive initiatives to achieve full compliance for high-risk manufacturing environments and systems by defined deadlines.

  • Security Operations, Incident, and Ticket Management:
  • Own and manage security-related incidents, requests, and tasks within ServiceNow, including vulnerability remediation, EPM requests, and IT Manufacturing workflows.

  • Perform triage, reassignment, and coordination of tickets (e.g., VLCM, Defender, Tenable), ensuring proper ownership and timely closure.

  • Support incident response and escalation across global manufacturing environments, coordinating with internal teams and external partners

  • Privileged Access Management/Endpoint Privilage Management:
  • Support EPM operations, including application elevation requests, approvals, and enforcement activities across manufacturing systems.

  • Review and validate EPM requests by ensuring Risk Assessments (RA), executable validation, and compliance with enterprise security standards before approval.

  • Assist with rollout and enforcement activities at plant level to ensure secure endpoint and application governance.

  • Risk Assessments (RA) and Security Exceptions
  • Submit and manage Risk Assessments (RA) for applications, tools, and manufacturing systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT security and risk management processes.

  • Review and coordinate approval of security exceptions (e.g., application vulnerabilities, OS exceptions) until closure or mitigation is achieved.

  • Drive improvements and standardization of RA processes, including identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

  • Troubleshooting Patches and IT Security (tools) Control Management:
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot patching failures, control conflicts, or non-compliant systems.

  • Assess, document, and communicate broken controls, remediation gaps, false positives, and technical debt impacting security posture.

  • Work with system owners and/or suppliers to validate remediation actions and ensure vulnerabilities are properly resolved and removed from reporting tools.

  • Security Compliance and Manufacturing Integration:
  • Ensure manufacturing systems meet corporate security control requirements, including PAM compliance, vulnerability remediation, and OS lifecycle upgrades.

  • Support plant-level initiatives involving secure deployment, configuration, and hardening of endpoints and servers.

  • Collaborate with plant, automation, and infrastructure teams where IT security intersects with manufacturing and OT systems.

  • Dashboards, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., ServiceNow dashboards) to provide visibility into IT Manufacturing security posture, incidents, and vulnerabilities.

  • Identify and implement automation opportunities in reporting, ticket routing, and security workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • Continuously improve processes related to vulnerability management, compliance tracking, and operational reporting.

  • Security Documentation:
  • Define and maintain remediation standards, baseline configurations, and support security documentation (KB articles, DOR, ARDs, etc.).

  • Track manufacturing applications and work with system owners to maintain a documented portfolio of usage, risk, and lifecycle status.

Qualifications

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred

  • 2 years of experience in Security Operations (SecOps), preferably in manufacturing or OT environments

  • Experience with security tools such as vulnerability scanners, endpoint protection, and privileged access management

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/workflow platforms

  • Experience with Risk Assessments (RA) and security exception processes

  • Familiarity with manufacturing systems (MES, PLCs, OT environments) preferred

  • Good communication, customer-oriented mindset, and team collaboration skills

  • Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are a plus
