Major Responsibilities

  • A minimum of 2 years of general corporate and securities law experience gained from a leading law firm in Canada, the United States or the United Kingdom;

  • Exceptional client service skills and business acumen;
  • Excellent communication, drafting skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong academic credentials.
