To thrive as an Associate In, you need strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a relevant academic background such as a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. Familiarity with data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and industry-specific software is often required. Effective communication, teamwork, and adaptability are critical soft skills to excel in collaborative and dynamic work environments. These competencies ensure accurate work, efficient processes, and successful contributions to organizational goals.

What opportunities for professional development and advancement are typically available to someone in an Associate In role?

As an Associate In, you can expect to have access to various professional development opportunities, such as mentorship programs, on-the-job training, and workshops tailored to your department. Many organizations encourage associates to take on increasing responsibilities, participate in cross-functional projects, and pursue certifications relevant to their field. Advancement to higher-level roles often depends on demonstrated performance, initiative, and collaboration with team members, so taking the initiative to learn from senior colleagues and seeking feedback can accelerate your career growth. Regular performance reviews and goal-setting sessions also help identify pathways for advancement within the company.

Job description

Join our Legacy of Excellence at Brack Animal Hospital

For over 60 years, Brack Animal Hospital has provided compassionate and advanced veterinary care to our patients in Windsor and the surrounding areas. We are searching for full/part-time Associate Veterinarians to join our team in promoting animal health and wellness through medical excellence, skilled surgery, honest and open communication, and gentle personalized care for our patients.

We have been an AAHA-accredited practice since 1964. We strive to not only offer sound advice but also optimal veterinary care. We understand that our animal companions are our best friends. We are looking for an individual who has experience in medicine, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery. Our candidate must have a developed sense of teamwork and believe that great communication and collaboration are foundational to success.

This position is full-time, permanent and includes occasional Saturdays. We offer competitive compensation ($90,000-$130,000 base salary plus production bonus, commensurate with experience), full medical benefits, mental health care, a retirement savings program, and a lot more. Our belief that continuing education is fundamental to our success provides you with paid days off and a generous CE allowance. We welcome new graduate candidates! We feel that our experienced and compassionate team would provide a reassuring experience for a new graduate entering the veterinary profession.
