Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

Join a dynamic team in a leading industrial packaging solutions company as a Production Associate in Peterborough. This role involves supporting machine operators by supplying materials to feed the machines and stacking products. The position requires comfort with repetitive tasks and standing for full shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist machine operators by supplying necessary materials for production.
  • Stack products efficiently to maintain workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards during operations.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • High school diploma
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Experience in general labor and manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with machine operation and assembly

Work Environment

Work in a loud, manufacturing environment with rotating shifts every two weeks. The facility is generally clean, with occasional dust due to wood materials. Shifts include days from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM and afternoons from 3:30 PM to 12:00 PM, with overtime opportunities. Driving is recommended due to shift times and local transportation routes. The plant houses 70 employees across both shifts.
