Job description

Regional Manager - Human Resources
Job Duties Include
Conduct the following HR Duties and Personnel Development within our Rhinelander and Eagle River markets locations:
  • Recruit, interview and hire associates to fill vacant positions.
    • Maintains job openings and communicates with Director of HR to post open positions online.
    • Plan new associate orientation sessions and associate personnel files.
    • Record personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, and other items within the HRIS system.
    • Assure proper forms and documents are completed and filed according to company standards and, in some cases, federal and state law.
    • Ensure that all personnel records such as I-9 forms, applications, work permits, and performance reviews are up to date and compliant.
    • Be knowledgeable of company policies, procedures and benefits to answer associate questions and maintain company standards.
    • Assure compliance within company facilities with Human Resources Laws (i.e. ADA, ACA, FMLA, Harassment, etc.)
    • Work with the facility's management staff in areas of associate relations, progressive coaching opportunities, investigations, and performance reviews.
    • Use a computer to communicate and track necessary personnel data.
    • Provide excellent customer service to assure that all customers leave satisfied.
    • Order, maintain inventory, and track payment for the company's uniforms.
    • Conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation.
