Job description

An established law firm is seeking a motivated and skilled associate Litigation Attorney with 6-8 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience drafting and editing pleadings, briefs, and written discovery, as well as preparing for and conducting depositions.
Trial preparation experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and edit pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.

  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations.

  • Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings.

  • Collaborate with partners and colleagues on case strategy and management.

  • Maintain accurate case files and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Must be admitted to the California Bar.

  • 6-8 years of litigation experience.

  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
