Overview

As a member of the operations team, the Engineer position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision.

As a member of the operations team, the Engineer position performs critical testing primarily for aerospace customers within the department, ensuring timely and accurate test results. Collaborates with other departments to develop custom test solutions that span multiple disciplines to support customer needs.

Salary: $65,000 - $105,000/hr DOE

Responsibilities
    Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting complex machinery or equipment
  • Working knowledge of dynamics, vibration and shock theory and related systems
Skills / Qualifications
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry a plus
  • Have the ability to work on well-defined issues, standard and/or routine tests, without significant guidance or supervision
  • Takes Initiative and, in most cases, does not need to wait for further instruction
  • Able to decide on and implement appropriate testing methods and protocols
