Job Schedule: 9/80 onsite - Employees work 9 out of 14 days totaling 80 hours worked and have every other Friday off 

Job Description:

As a Senior Associate Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for assigned tasks across a broad range of electrical engineering disciplines including the design, test and integration of CCAs containing analog, digital, power and high-speed circuits, along with supporting cables and wiring harnesses all targeting advanced tactical weapon platforms, sensors, and avionics.

Agile Development Group and specializes in developing disruptive, next-generation technologies for advanced Unmanned Air Systems (UAS / UAV), advanced radar systems, next-generation weapon systems, and other RF sensor technologies using small company agility and big company experience.

Essential Functions:

 

  • Under the supervision of a senior engineer, perform design tasks such as requirements analysis, specification generation, interface definition, component selection, circuit simulation, schematic capture, and board layout.

  • Directed assignments for simulation, bread-boarding and testing electrical circuits and functions.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

  • Experience with Altium designer or other similar CCA design toolsets.

  • Knowledge of basic circuit design practices.

  • Exposure to circuit card test equipment.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Support production line acceptance testing and trouble-shooting.

  • Develop and implement test plans and procedures for electrical subsystems.

  • Perform and report results of test and evaluation of electrical CCAs.

  • Present results in internal & external design reviews.

  • Learn and follow company processes for product development, configuration management, purchasing, etc.

  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.

  • Up to 10% travel may be required.

  • Ability to obtain US Secruity Clearance.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related engineering experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related engineering experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related engineering experience.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is Min $80,500.00 - $149,500.00 Max. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
