Edenbrook Rochester West, a well-established and a trusted provider in the skilled nursing space located in Rochester, MN, and a proud member of the Eden Senior Care Network, is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee all nursing operations within the facility.

Position: Director of Nursing (DON)

This role is responsible for ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where staff can deliver the highest level of care to the residents.

Responsibilities:
