Job description

Tiger Analytics is an advanced analytics consulting firm. We are the trusted analytics partner for several Fortune 100 companies, enabling them to generate business value from data. Our consultants bring deep expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI. Our business value and leadership have been recognized by various market research firms, including Forrester and Gartner.
We are looking for someone with a good blend of business consulting skills and a data analytics background to add to our team. Partner directly with the VP of Enterprise Analytics of our client to evaluate performance across our insurance, banking, and wealth management business lines. You will design forward-looking, non-traditional KPIs and recommend the enterprise-wide aggregation frameworks required to unify firm-level strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
  • Can oversee teams including data engineers, data scientists, and business intelligence analysts
  • Define Advanced Metrics: Collaborate with business unit leaders to isolate operational value drivers and design advanced, behavioral, and leading KPIs that look beyond traditional Wall Street metrics.
  • Architect Aggregation Frameworks: Establish robust enterprise-level data aggregation and normalization frameworks to consolidate disparate business line metrics safely.
  • Enforce Data Governance: Recommend semantic translation layers and data quality loops across legacy systems and modern cloud environments to maintain a single version of truth.
  • Drive Executive Strategy: Translate highly complex, multi-vertical analytical insights into clear, actionable roadmaps for executive and Board-level stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 12+ years of quantitative leadership and advisory and management consulting experience (with big brands) spanning banking, insurance, and wealth management sectors.
  • Proven track record in data aggregation frameworks (e.g., BCBS 239 principles)
  • Deep technical literacy in AI/ML analytics techniques and enterprise cloud data environments.
  • Exceptional executive presence with a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional, enterprise-scale leadership and navigate matrixed regulatory landscapes.
  • Ability to engage with executive/VP-level stakeholders from the client's team to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution approaches.
  • A solid understanding of statistical and AI/ML algorithms is a plus.

Benefits
Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows. The position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a small, fast-growing, challenging and entrepreneurial environment, with a high degree of individual responsibility.
