Position Summary
is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Associate to help grow our emergency restoration and reconstruction services throughout the Tacoma and Puyallup market. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, contractors, facility managers, and commercial clients while promoting our water, fire, smoke, mold, and reconstruction services.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, professional, and comfortable networking in both field and office environments. This role plays a key part in increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with:
    • Insurance agents and adjusters
    • Property managers
    • Plumbing companies
    • Realtors
    • Commercial facility managers
    • HOA managers
    • Contractors and trade partners
  • Conduct daily sales calls, site visits, and networking activities
  • Attend local networking events, chamber meetings, trade shows, and community events
  • Deliver marketing materials, presentations, and promotional items to referral partners
  • Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects and clients
  • Assist in creating and coordinating marketing campaigns and social media outreach
  • Track sales activities, contacts, and opportunities in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Identify opportunities for commercial and residential growth
  • Support emergency response marketing during storm or large loss events
  • Maintain knowledge of restoration industry services, insurance processes, and company capabilities
  • Represent the company professionally at all times

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development preferred
  • Restoration, construction, insurance, or property management industry experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
