As Manager, Demand, you will play a critical role in shaping demand planning and integrated business planning across the Better For You portfolio. Partnering closely with leaders across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and SDL, you will help connect strategic and operational plans, identify risks and opportunities, and enable data-driven decisions that support sustainable growth. What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics & Distribution, Procurement, Manufacturing, Commercial Marketing/Category Strategy, or Supply Chain Consulting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience coaching, developing, and driving performance within teams.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting or leading S&OP and/or Integrated Business Planning processes.
  • Experience working within a multi-brand or high-growth business environment.
What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Reconcile plan versus latest estimate for Product Management Review (PMR), consolidate category S&OP information, and lead demand gap reconciliation.
  • Support demand planning teams in improving statistical forecast models and troubleshooting forecast errors.
  • Drive category supply gap discussions and lead the weekly Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process.
  • Facilitate monthly category demand reviews and resolve short-term supply and demand imbalances.
  • Connect demand, consumption, and supply plans to identify risks and opportunities that support informed business decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish standard work across demand planning processes.
  • Coach and develop category demand planners while measuring performance through standardized KPIs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and SDL teams to align strategic and operational business plans.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 101,120.00 - USD 139,040.00
