- Foster an environment that promotes student success, wellbeing, professional formation, belonging, accountability, and personal responsibility.
- Provide oversight for student life, student organizations, community engagement, career advising, student travel, orientation, Match-related activities, graduation, and alumni engagement.

- Provide leadership and oversight to Registrar functions, including registration, maintenance of student records, enrollment and degree verification, transcripts, required reporting, and verification of completion of graduation requirements.
- Student Success, Wellbeing & Support
- Provide leadership and oversight for learning support services that assist students in establishing effective learning goals and individualized strategies for academic success.
- Provide leadership and oversight for behavioral health and wellbeing services available to students.
- Ensure appropriate coordination of student disability and accommodation processes in accordance with applicable requirements and institutional policy.
- Oversee student health insurance policies and related processes.

- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state requirements, College policies, accreditation expectations, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Ensure appropriate protection and confidentiality of student records, including compliance with FERPA.
- Provide appropriate leadership related to student professionalism, conduct, investigation, and adjudicatory processes while supporting consistency, fairness, due process, and institutional policy.
- Serve in designated institutional roles related to applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including Campus Security Authority responsibilities under the Clery Act and responsibilities associated with disability accommodations, as assigned.
- Develop and responsibly steward the student-services budget and other resources entrusted to the division.
- Assessment, Evidence, Technology & Continuous Improvement
- Promote an analytical, evidence-informed approach to decision-making across enrollment management and student services.
