Job description

LeAnn Dodge State Farm Agency, located in Battle Ground, WA, is currently looking for a positive, professional, self-starter to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a well-established agency and we are adding this position due to growth.

As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Answer phones and greet clients.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.


You will receive:

  • Base pay $22 - $28 per hour or higher depending on experience
  • Bonus and commission
  • Year-end bonus based on growth of business
  • Paid time off (vacation and sick days)

Requirements

  • Sales and service experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

  • Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Property & Casualty license highly preferred (must be able to obtain)
