Dryworx Restoration is excited to introduce a new Customer Service Representative position designed to provide exceptional after-hours support to our customers. As this is a new role for our company, we're still evaluating the schedule and responsibilities to determine what works best for both our team and our customers. We're looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, and excited to help shape this position as it grows.
This is a position that serves as the first point of contact for customers experiencing emergency property damage.
Work Schedule
While calls are not constant, you must be available to answer incoming calls promptly during your scheduled on-call periods.
