Job description

Builder / Project Manager โ€“ Luxury Custom Homes

About Our Client:

Our client is a boutique builder crafting high-end, design-forward custom homes in the heart of Atlantaโ€™s most sought-after neighborhoods along the 400 corridor. With an emphasis on craftsmanship, detail, and timeless design, they specialize inย infill custom homesย that start at $2M and above.

Their work is driven byย integrity, collaboration,ย and an unwavering commitment toย quality.ย They donโ€™t cut corners, and they donโ€™t chase volume. They build legacy homes. With a small, close-knit team that walks job sites together and solves problems side by side, theyโ€™re now seeking an experienced Builder / Project Manager to join the team and help bring architectural visions to life.

Who Weโ€™re Looking For:

Youโ€™re polished, professional, and proud of your work. Youโ€™ve led the build of multi-million dollar custom homes and can navigate complex job sites with confidence and precision. Youโ€™re detail-obsessed, blueprint fluent, and know how to keep trades, clients, and projects aligned from groundbreaking to final walkthrough.

You have experience working with a respected custom home builder and thrive in environments where design matters and craftsmanship is king. This isnโ€™t production buildingโ€”itโ€™s boutique, hands-on construction at the highest level.

What Youโ€™ll Need:

โ€ข 3โ€“5+ years of experience building custom homes

โ€ข Proven track record with a notable luxury or custom home builder

โ€ข Strong experience managing infill projects and basement installations

โ€ข Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and architectural drawings

โ€ข Excellent communication skills and client-facing professionalism

โ€ข A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

What Youโ€™ll Get:

โ€ข Base salary: $90,000โ€“$120,000

โ€ข Performance bonuses

โ€ข Truck & phone allowance

โ€ข Matching 401(k)

โ€ข Paid PTO

โ€ข Contributions toward health insurance

โ€ข Continuing education support & professional development

If youโ€™re ready to build homes that define neighborhoodsโ€”and work with a company that values doing things the right wayโ€”apply today.
