We are looking for an Associate Creative Strategist to support the North America Creative Strategy team. This role is designed for an emerging creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves experimenting with AI tools and is excited about creative concepts for Snap's largest advertising clients. The Associate Creative Strategist will focus on powering internal creative development, presentation building, trend research, and executional support with post-sale creative materials.This role will work closely with a team of Creative Strategists, Producers, and members of the Sales team to support advertising RFPs, brainstorms, and scalable creative workflows.

What You'll Do:

  • Immerse yourself in Snapchat ad products, creative best practices, and platform storytelling principles.

  • Support members of the Creative Strategy team in the development of creative concepts, competitive research, creative audits and pitch materials.

  • Build presentation mocks, visual storytelling frameworks, and rapid concept explorations using AI-powered workflows and creative tools.

  • Participate in daily creative brainstorming sessions.

  • Partner closely with Production, Creative Strategy Leads, and Sales teams to support executional workflows.

  • Contribute to scalable systems, templates, and AI-assisted workflows that improve team efficiency and throughput.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and speed.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Strong interest in advertising, storytelling, social content, creators, and digital culture.

  • Comfortable using AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate creative development and execution.

  • Strong design sensibility and presentation-building skills.

  • Experience with Google Slides, Gemini, ChatGPT, and other image-generating tools.

  • Ability to work quickly and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to receive feedback and iterate rapidly.

  • Curiosity about Snapchat, social platforms, and platform-native storytelling.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills internally.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, marketing, communications, business management, or related area of study or equivalent years of experience.

  • 1+ years of experience in a creative strategy, advertising, social content, design, production, marketing, or related fields.

  • Experience building presentations, creative concepts, or social-first marketing materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting creative pitches, brainstorms, or production workflows.

  • Understanding of Augmented Reality, social media platforms, creators, and digital advertising ecosystems.

  • Passion for internet culture, trends, creators, and emerging storytelling formats.

  • Ability to balance speed, creativity, and organization under tight timelines.

  • Experience leveraging AI tools and platforms (e.g., generative AI, image creation, storyboarding tools) to enhance creative ideation, streamline workflows, and scale strategic output.

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base hourly range for this position is $35.09-$52.4 hourly.


Zone B:

The base hourly range for this position is $33.17-$50 hourly.

Zone C:

The base hourly range for this position is $29.8-$44.71 hourly.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
