We specialize in custom kitting, equipment sourcing, and biorepository management-supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, and diagnostic organizations from development through delivery.
Our Commercial Kitting team designs and delivers custom medical specimen collection kits and transportation solutions that power clinical trials and diagnostic programs worldwide. We combine operational expertise, regulatory rigor, and customer-centric service to help our customers move science forward.
Role Mission
As a Project Manager, Commercial Kitting, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams-ensuring the successful design, production, and delivery of custom kitting solutions. Your mission is to drive client satisfaction, operational excellence, and on-time delivery across a dynamic portfolio.

How will you make an impact & Requirement

This position in Hybrid, minimum of 2 days in office per week in our Oakwood, GA facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary client contact, managing relationships, forecasting, and reporting
  • Oversee production, inventory, and distribution performance
  • Partner with Business Development to design custom specimen collection kits
  • Coordinate new client and product setup, including systems and training
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to establish assembly plans, SOPs, and logistics strategies
  • Work with Procurement to source kit components and materials
  • Support project development, including budgeting and financial analysis
  • Lead customer communications and resolve issues across supply chain, quality, and operations
  • Participate in client visits and audits
  • Track and report on KPIs and project performance

What We're Looking For
A detail-oriented, customer-focused project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You are an effective communicator who can manage multiple priorities while building strong client relationships.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or project management
  • Experience in healthcare, clinical trials, or life sciences preferred
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills

Desirable

  • Project management experience or certification
  • Experience with custom kitting or clinical supply chains
  • Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems
  • Knowledge of global logistics and distribution
