Job description

ITU AbsorbTech is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Neenah, WI. 

In this role, you will:

  • Repair and maintain industrial laundry machinery
  • Work with electrical, boilers, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, and other production machines and equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical devices
  • Work from blueprints, electrical schematics, operational manuals, and manufacturer's specification
  • Perform general maintenance operations

Driving Requirement: A valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check are required for this position.

Pay: $24-$28 an hour, based on experience, + $0.50 shift differential for 2nd shift. $1,500 sign-on bonus after 30 days. 

Schedule: 12pm to 8:30pm; Monday-Friday. Occasional weekends as needed. 

Education and Experience:

Associate’s degree (or current enrollment in a technical school) in Facilities Maintenance (or similar) and 1-3 years’ related experience in maintenance or mechanical repair is required; or equivalent in related experience. Incumbent must be detail-oriented, dependable, and have a positive attitude.
