Schedule: Rotating Shift | PRN
What You Will Do- Provide compassionate spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and staff across all faiths and beliefs.
- Guide ethical and value-based care decisions, ensuring respect for each person's dignity and spiritual needs.
- Develop and document pastoral care programs and initiatives that support patient, staff, and community well-being.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Human Behavior or a related field preferred. 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE required. 2 units of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE preferred.
Work Experience:
- 2 years of healthcare experience is preferred.
