Job Summary

As a Campaign Management Associate in Marketing Growth and Innovation, you drive execution and creative management of credit card marketing campaigns across channels such as email, direct mail, and owned media. You coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and approvals to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time. You look for ways to improve end-to-end processes while balancing customer experience, speed to market, and a strong control environment. Your work helps us deliver marketing that is clear, compliant, and consistent for customers.

Job responsibilities 
  • Execute credit card marketing campaigns aligned to strategic direction on product positioning, offers, and placement
  • Manage creative development and coordinate campaign assets across supported channels
  • Lead campaign workflows, timelines, and approvals to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery
  • Partner with a diverse, dispersed group of stakeholders to drive alignment and timely decisions
  • Maintain a customer-first lens to support a consistent, high-quality customer experience
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements that increase efficiency and speed to market
  • Apply strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy across creative, offers, and execution details
  • Support clear documentation of campaign requirements, decisions, and approvals
  • Monitor execution progress and proactively resolve risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure campaigns meet regulatory and internal review requirements
  • Promote a strong control environment through disciplined adherence to procedures and processes
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 
  • Three or more years of campaign management or project management experience in marketing, advertising, media, agency, or creative strategy
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proven problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align partners
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership potential

  • Familiarity with creative development and approval workflows in regulated environments
