At Teads, we’re looking for a highly motivated, driven and tactical AssociateCampaign Manager who will be tasked with supporting the Campaign Management team throughout various tasks. You will learn the Teads landscape and how to service our clients from both and pre-sale and post-sale activation.

What will you do?
  • Support Campaign Managers in developing of RFPs (Requests for Proposals) to understand brands’ digital media and consumer obstacles
  • Support in developing media plans that effectively maximize client investment opportunities
  • Confirm media availability and make inventory reservations
  • Support in customized PowerPoint decks that outline the response to the business opportunity
  • Help create customized site lists for our clients
  • Execute screenshots and demos for clients
  • Implement third party ad server pixels into our creative enhancement studio for campaign tracking purposes
  • Manipulate reporting to address the specific needs of our customers
  • Manage basic projects based on current business needs
What will you bring to the team?
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience at a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP or AdTech company.
  • Has some understanding of the intricacies of tactical systems and processes (e.g., third party ad servers, verification vendor platforms, DSPs, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Has a proven track record of exceptional time management – effectively plans long-term and big picture projects, while maintaining day-to-day effectiveness.
  • Continually promotes and achieves high standards of quality at work, applies attention to detail to execution and constantly looks for problems to solve and ways to improve.
  • Has a track-record of meeting (or surpassing) ambitious goals in a fast-paced, competitive environment over a sustained period of time.
  • Demonstrates comfort engaging with strategic clients, is an avid problem solver, proactive and a creative thinker.
  • Cultivates and maintains strong, productive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

The pay range for this position is USD $60,000 to $65,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities.
