Job description

Business Analyst (Associate-level)

An industry leader is seeking an Associate-level BA to act as a key contributor in driving key initiative-specific projects and optimizing program performance.


Responsibilities include reporting on industry best practices, established standards, and core requirements to ensure project success. This resource will also help refine operational workflows and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership -- through continuous analysis and strategic troubleshooting,


This is a 12-month contract (potential to extend or convert to perm).


This is a remote role, but you must work onsite the first 3-4 weeks in Smyrna.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, research, & measure program performance against metric targets to drive optimization strategies
  • Own initiative-specific projects, prioritize tasks, & manage deliverables to ensure business goals are met
  • Research & document industry best practices, standards, & requirements for assigned projects
  • Troubleshoot ongoing operational issues & recommend process enhancements
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, Sr. Analysts, leadership & external partners
  • Create clear reports & presentation materials to communicate progress to all levels of stakeholders


REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 to 4 years of BA experience (Associate-level)
  • Experience measuring program/project performance & analyzing trends
  • Strong organization & prioritization skills to manage deliverables & collaborate across teams
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
  • Experience presenting to all levels of stakeholders (e.g., Product Partners, Sr. Managers, Directors)
