Junior Business Analyst

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who's eager to grow in the areas of business analysis, project coordination, and data-driven decision making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to support project planning, requirements gathering, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
  • Support project managers with status reports, meeting coordination, and tracking action items
  • Help translate business needs into technical solutions through collaboration with stakeholders and development teams
  • Analyze and visualize data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support QA and UAT activities through test case documentation and results tracking
  • Maintain and update documentation including process flows, project plans, and user guides

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field (or relevant internship/work experience)
  • 0โ€“2 years of professional experience in a business analysis, project coordination, or data role
