Job Duration:    12 Months

Work Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Work Schedule

  • Hybrid: Candidates must be available to work onsite 1–2 days per week at the GDOT office.

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to support operational contracting within the procurement department. This role focuses on mastering, managing, and optimizing our existing procurement infrastructure. The BA will leverage M365 systems to maintain high-efficiency tools and processes, transforming raw data into actionable insights for strategic sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Management: Own, maintain, and maximize the efficiency of existing procurement tools.
  • Data Analytics: Analyze procurement data to identify trends and support strategic sourcing.
  • Process Optimization: Refine existing workflows using M365 systems to increase productivity.
  • Independent Execution: Manage analytical projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
