Department: Planning, Forecasting, Rates & Corp. Performance
Role Snapshot
  • Provides administrative and secretarial support to the Vice President, Planning and other departmental staff with a high level of accuracy.
  • Provides backup support for other departmental staff assistants.
  • Provides administrative and secretarial functions for assigned associates.
  • Assists with the preparation of the department annual budget. Monitors budget and processes invoices for payment. Compiles data and develops preliminary budget.
  • Provides administrative guidance to associates concerning the Administrative Style Manual and procedures and assures compliance with corporate standards.
  • Assists the VP in tracking action items assigned by the CEO, CFO or those self-imposed to ensure proper closure.
  • Implements special projects as directed.

Education and Experience
Education: Associate Business Degree, Secretarial Degree or Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) rating
Experience: Six years secretarial and administrative experience and a general knowledge of management.
Equivalent Experience: High School with ten years secretarial and administrative experience.
Skills and Knowledge
