Role: Associate Principal Consultant- Technical BA

Experience: 10 - 15 Years

Location: Sandy Springs, Atlanta(3 days in a week)

Must have skills :

    Good to have skills:
  • AI Application Solution Design (Capable), Azure Services, Data Analysis & Visualization, Technology Architect - Business Orientation (Strong)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather and document business and technical requirements.
  • Analyze source systems, data flows, and business processes to understand data dependencies and transformations.
  • Work closely with Data Engineers, ETL developers, and BI teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
  • Perform data analysis using SQL and validate data quality, completeness, and consistency.
  • Define data validation rules, business KPIs, and reporting logic.
  • Support UAT activities, defect triaging, and business signoffs.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
  • Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and automation initiatives.
