Job Description Summary:
  • Reviews and evaluates software products and systems to ensure adherence to company and customer quality standards.
  • Develops software/systems testing procedures and conducts tests.
  • Design and implement testing plans for IT related products and services.
  • Identify test procedures and scenarios for the quality control of IT products and services.
  • Provide cross functional support to help resolve defects and errors of IT products.
  • Assesses performance of IT products and services to ensure they meet established quality standards.
  • Collect and communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to various IT teams.
  • Resolve highly complex product issues and track progress.
  • Identify areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency.
  • Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology and trends in IT quality assurance.
  • May coach and provide guidance to less experienced professionals.
  • May serve as a team or task lead.

This position has alternate locations in the National Capital Region.
Level 4:
  • Develops, analyzes and models operational, economic, management, accounting and other organizational data to quantify the competitive performance of business segments, evaluate potential operational changes, and design new approaches and methodologies.
  • Applies and integrates statistical, mathematical, predictive modeling and business analysis skills to manage and manipulate complex, high volume data from a variety of sources.
