STACK offers the scale and geographic reach that rapidly growing hyperscale and enterprise companies need. The world runs on data. Data runs on STACK.

THE POSITION:

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Finance to support enterprise-wide finance systems transformation, process optimization, and strategic data initiatives across a rapidly growing global organization. This role sits within the Enterprise Applications team and reports directly to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications.

This is a highly collaborative and strategic role that blends business analysis, finance systems expertise, enterprise process transformation, and analytical problem solving. The ideal candidate brings a strong finance or accounting background combined with deep experience supporting ERP ecosystems, enterprise reporting, and cross-functional operational alignment.

This role will play a critical part in helping STACK optimize and evolve its enterprise finance systems landscape, improve financial operations, and deliver meaningful strategic insights to business stakeholders and executive leadership. The position requires someone equally comfortable working with finance leaders, operational teams, technical resources, and external implementation partners.

Success in this role requires strong organizational discipline, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a forward-thinking mindset around enterprise platforms, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled business operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Partner with global business stakeholders to identify, document, and improve business processes across ERP platforms and related enterprise finance systems.
  • Support enterprise finance systems including ERP, FP&A, consolidation, treasury, intercompany, reporting, and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, procurement, operations, and executive leadership teams to drive process optimization and systems alignment.
  • Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering efforts across finance and operational business functions.
  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable functional specifications, workflows, dashboards, and implementation plans.
  • Support enterprise-wide data governance, standardization, and transformation initiatives designed to improve reporting accuracy, operational visibility, and investment health metrics.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, integration partners, and business leaders to drive scalable ERP enhancements and enterprise process optimization efforts.
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and analytical insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in ERP transformation initiatives, future-state platform evaluations, and enterprise systems roadmap planning.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), process validation, training, change management, and release readiness activities.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and modern analytics capabilities to improve reporting efficiency, process automation, knowledge management, and operational decision support.

THE DETAILS:

  • Location: Denver, Colorado
  • Travel: 10%
  • Compensation: $135,000 - $155,000
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must pass comprehensive background screening

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Finance Systems, ERP analysis, or enterprise application delivery roles.
  • Strong finance and accounting background with a solid understanding of core financial processes, reporting structures, and operational accounting workflows.
  • Experience supporting enterprise ERP platforms with preference for NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, Yardi, or similar enterprise finance systems.
  • Experience working within enterprise finance technology ecosystems including FP&A, consolidation, treasury, reporting, intercompany, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience supporting financial reporting, dashboarding, analytics, or KPI development initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and cross-functional business discussions with finance and accounting stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise financial data structures, data governance, and reporting consistency practices.
  • Experience supporting ERP transformation, optimization, implementation, or migration initiatives.
  • Real estate, infrastructure, construction, or data center industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong project coordination, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders across regions and time zones.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and proactively managing risks and dependencies.
  • Experience with testing, change management, training, and user adoption activities.
