Join McKesson's Biologics Business Intelligence team and play a key role in delivering data insights that support 340B operations and business decision-making. You'll work with healthcare data to build reports, improve data quality, and provide analytics that help teams better understand program performance. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with SQL and Power BI, and collaborating with stakeholders across the business. What You'll Do

  • Manage 340B data feeds, reporting processes, and stakeholder communications.
  • Build and maintain SQL queries, Power BI dashboards, and recurring analytics reports.
  • Validate, reconcile, and troubleshoot data to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that support business and operational decisions.
  • Support 340B forecasting, pricing, invoicing, and program performance analysis.
  • Improve reporting processes through automation, AI tools, and continuous process enhancements.
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations and support key projects across the business.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience with Snowflake (Tableau or SSRS) and writing SQL queries and working with large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI developing reports, dashboards, data visualizations, or analytical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience with 340B, pharmacy, claims, or other healthcare data.
  • Exposure to Python, AI tools, or automation solutions that improve reporting and analytics.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
