Job description

Position Summary

This position within the Brand & Advertising team plays a critical role in driving the successful planning, execution, and optimization of integrated brand campaigns that grow awareness of Credit One Bank as a national brand. Working closely with the leadership on the brand, media, PR, and sponsorship teams, this position must be able to own projects, anticipate risks before they become problems, challenge assumptions, bring forward recommendations, and think strategically, while executing day-to-day responsibilities. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented, capable of managing complex projects, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, identifying opportunities for optimization, and driving initiatives forward with exceptional attention to detail. This role will regularly interact with agency partners and must work collaboratively in the development and execution of mass media efforts. They will also partner with the internal Marketing Communications team to develop a variety of marketing materials, ensuring execution aligns with brand standards and objectives. Success in this role requires strong project management capabilities, analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and the ability to build productive relationships across internal teams, agency partners, and external vendors. Additionally, the candidate must place a strong emphasis on teamwork, collaboration, integration, and attention to detail.

Summary of Essential Job FunctionsCampaign Management & Execution
  • Project management, ensuring campaigns and projects are tracking towards key milestones, identifying opportunities for optimizations and keeping project trackers up to date with all campaign inputs and outputs.
  • Manage the day-to-day planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring deliverables, timelines, budgets, and key milestones are achieved.
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and roadblocks, recommending solutions to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Support the launch of campaigns by ensuring timely deployment, working cross-functionally, externally and internally, to ensure all stakeholders are tracking towards their deliverables and working collaboratively to execute a full 360 marketing approach.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordination and scheduling meetings And follow-up discussions; document key decisions, action items, and next steps while ensuring accountability and follow-through.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across Brand, Media, PR, Sponsorships, Compliance, Marketing Communications, and external agency partners to drive alignment and execution.
Creative Development & Brand Stewardship
  • Contribute to brainstorming and campaign concepting initiatives by documenting ideas, creating presentations, and providing insightful recommendations that support leadership decision-making.
  • Assist in the development of campaign briefs, presentations, strategic recommendations, and executive-ready materials.
  • Ensure all marketing assets and deliverables align with established brand standards, messaging guidelines, and creative objectives.
  • Lead project management for internal creative needs, submitting requests and working directly with the Marketing Communications team to develop assets for various needs, including internal communications and integrated marketing campaigns.
Compliance & Approval Management
  • Manage Compliance collaboration and approval process, reviewing marketing assets, collecting feedback, and facilitating productive discussions to identify solutions that satisfy both marketing and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure reviews and approvals are completed within established service-level (SLAs) to support campaign launch timelines and business objectives.
Research, Insights & Performance Analysis
  • Manage the development of quantitative and qualitative brand research studies,
  • Partner with internal and external research teams to identify emerging consumer trends, market opportunities, and brand perception insights.
  • Review media performance data monthly and quarterly to identify insights regarding campaign and creative effectiveness.
  • Translate research findings, campaign results, and media performance metrics into actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Work closely with media teams to develop and execute high-impact branded content and custom media opportunities.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and audience engagement trends to ensure media investments remain aligned with target audiences and business objectives.
  • Stay informed about competitor campaigns, industry trends, and evolving marketing strategies, proactively sharing relevant insights and strategic observations.
Budget Management
  • Manage budgets by ensuring campaign spend is tracking against approved estimates and allocated resources.
  • Support budget forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting process to maintain financial accuracy and accountability.
Position RequirementsEducation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
  • 3+ years experience in brand marketing, advertising, campaign management, integrated marketing, or related marketing functions.
  • Experience working with external agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Travel 2-3 times per year for productions and miscellaneous meetings.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate research, interpret performance data, and identify meaningful insights.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and proactive approach to identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
