Job description

Overview
This position is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities through telephone outreach. The role will engage in heavy outbound phone calling and some email outreach, primarily to mass affluent clients across the Bank's footprint; and will also do outreach to Bank associates regarding their banking needs. The Premier Client Banker II provides consultation to develop financial plans and align product solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. This position is responsible for opening deposit accounts, related banking services and lending (including real estate secured); as well as identifying and referring sales opportunities to bank partners when appropriate. This role supports the fulfillment of certain consumer investment needs.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales - Achieves individual and/or team financial, production, and relationship results relative to the specific metrics and goals assigned. Sales results should align with the needs of the customer and ultimately support the organizational commitment to diverse lending. Engages with customers, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach. Engages in sales practices that are aligned to create value for both the customer and the Bank. Appropriately partners, plans, and prepares to ensure conversations provide the relevant financial guidance needed to drive informed decisions.
Service Standards - Fosters collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues. Initiates conversation to uncover sales or referral opportunities. Listens attentively and asks insightful questions to understand customer needs and preferences; and takes prompt actions to address immediate needs. Proactively seeks ways to optimize performance by seeking coaching, supporting Bank initiatives, and leveraging tools to enhance.
Operations and Administration - Performs duties as assigned to ensure operational efficiency. Complies with all regulations, bank policies, procedures, and delegated authorities to manage risk related to credit, operational, reputational, regulatory, and legal aspects of personal interactions, customer transactions, and financial exposures. Completes required training by established deadlines.
