Benjamin & Associates is one of the most well-known immigration litigation firms in Arizona.ย  We handle removal defense, asylum, family-based visas, detained cases, bonds, appeals, and federal litigation.
At this Firm, you will be trained and mentored in Ninth Circuit and Federal Court Litigation, including petitions for Habeas Corpus and Mandamus.ย  You will receive training and mentorship in removal defense and detained litigation, including effective motion and brief writing.
