Job Responsibilities

The team is tasked with developing creative approaches to data sourcing, deriving new variables and factoring in qualitative insights to deliver high-impact business solutions.

  • Derive insights on members behavior in response to marketing offers

  • Provide estimates of future campaign expenses based on mechanisms and offer criteria

  • Develop post campaign analysis to objectively evaluate the effectiveness of such campaigns

  • Work with marketing team to understand and develop the nuance of each marketing offer

  • Loyalty Program analysis, bench marking, optimal reinvestment for all aspects of marketing

  • Design and automate reports, dashboards, ETL to support marketing and management teams

Analytics

  • Apply advanced analytics, modelling, and machine learning on patron behavior, marketing mix modeling, propensity modeling

  • Design effective A/B testing for measuring campaign success

  • Work closely with Business Intelligence, data platform, IT and smart IR teams to implement analytical solutions.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Degree in Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing or other analytical fields preferred.


Experience

  • Marketing graduates with a flair for numbers and interest in customer and marketing analytics are welcome.

  • 1 to 2 years of practical experience in business analytics, customer analytics or marketing analytics preferred. Fresh grads are welcomed to apply for Associate Analyst.

  • 2 - 4 years of practical experience in business analytics, customer analytics or marketing analytics or Masters in any analytical field for Analyst.

  • Experience building and implementing predictive models and machine learning will be an added advantage.

  • Casino related experience is a bonus but not compulsory.


Other Prerequisites

  • Programming skills using analytical tools such as Base SAS, SAS EG, SQL, R or Python is required.

  • Proficient in data visualization tools, such as Tableau preferred.

  • Ability to process massive amounts of data and complete critical projects in a correct, accurate and timely manner.

  • Strong logical thinking, data analysis and problem-solving skills.
