HR Data Entry Admin
LHH Recruitment is seeing a detail-oriented HR Data Entry Administrator to join a human resources department for a wonderful company in Albuquerque. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced administrative environment, enjoys working behind the scenes, and takes pride in maintaining accurate employee records while supporting key HR functions. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday. The hourly rate is between $23/hr-$27/hr
Responsibilities
  • Perform high-volume, accurate data entry while maintaining confidential employee information.
  • Maintain, distribute, and process HR documents, including new hire paperwork, personnel files, interview packets, and employee correspondence.
  • Audit new hire files for accuracy and completeness to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Scan, organize, and electronically maintain employee records and other HR documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee information within HRIS and third-party vendor systems.
  • Assist with administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, employee programs, and employee relations activities.
  • Prepare anniversary certificates, process company store orders, and support employee recognition initiatives.
  • Generate and distribute HR reports, assist with program tracking, maintain department metrics, and support process improvement efforts.
  • Sort and distribute department mail while maintaining organized HR filing systems and storage areas.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and direct team members to the appropriate HR resource or department.
  • Assist with special projects and additional administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative, data entry, or Human Resources support experience preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to accurately process high-volume data while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems or employee databases is highly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service mindset with a professional and approachable demeanor.
