Associate Accountant
Diocese of Green Bay / Curia
Full-Time, Benefit Eligible
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Associate Accountant is involved in all aspects of the day-to-day accounting functions (A/R, A/P and general ledger) of the organization; and will be actively involved in the month end closing process by preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and budget to actual comparisons. In addition, the Associate Accountant will generate and analyze financial reports to be used by organization managers and serve as a resource for their questions.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Associate degree in accounting or business required.
  • 2 to 3 years of accounting related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
