Description

The Assisted Living Server is responsible for providing excellent dining service to residents of an assisted living community. This position requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who is committed to creating a positive and enjoyable dining experience for our residents.


Schedule: Part-Time, Weekends, Weekdays, 


Responsibilities

  • Serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist residents with their dining needs, such as cutting food, opening packages, and pouring beverages
  • Clear and clean tables after meals
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure that meals are prepared correctly and on time
  • Interact with residents in a friendly and professional manner
  • Report any concerns about residents' health or well-being to the appropriate staff
  • Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude
  • Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current Food Handlers Certification is required.
  • At least one year of experience working in a food service setting
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Compassion and patience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
